配送遅延のお知らせ

年末年始には、荷物の集中や仕入先、メーカー、配送業者の休業により、通常通りの納期でのお届けが難しい場合がございます。お客様には、余裕を持ったお早めのご注文をお勧めいたします。

※12/22（金）以降は、配送が混雑することが予想されます。お届け地域によっては、2～5日程度の遅延が発生する可能性がございます。

※12/26（火）以降の出荷については、特に混雑が予想されますので、納期に余裕を持ったお早めのご注文をお願い申し上げます。

During the year-end and New Year holidays, delivery times may be affected due to increased shipment volumes and the holidays of our suppliers, manufacturers, and delivery partners. We recommend placing your orders well in advance to allow for flexibility in delivery.

Please note that after December 22nd (Friday), we anticipate delivery delays due to high demand. Depending on the delivery location, delays of 2 to 5 days may occur.

Furthermore, for shipments starting from December 26th (Tuesday), we anticipate significant congestion, so we kindly request early orders with extra lead time to meet your delivery deadlines.
